Automotive Air Conditioning

Equip your team with the skills to maintain and repair automotive airconditioning systems used in heavy-duty mining vehicles. This specialised 5-day course is designed for diesel mechanics and auto electricians working in the mining industry, providing both theoretical insight and practical hands-on experience.

Covering everything from the basics of heat transfer and refrigerant behaviour to electrical diagnostics, system flushing, pressure testing, and gas charging — your technicians will walk away with real-world knowledge applicable to the demanding environments of commercial mining operations.

With a growing number of mines opting to upskill in-house technicians, this course offers a cost-effective alternative to outsourcing aircon servicing. It includes a printed textbook, practical assessments, and an in-house certificate upon completion.
